As a concierge medicine center, we do not accept insurance. Nonetheless, we can provide you with a medical bill and a copy of your clinical record (including diagnosis codes required by insurance). You may use this to submit to your insurance company. Depending on your insurance company you may or may not receive some form of reimbursement (partial or full).
